Vitalsply is a small studio that takes consumer software from a blank repository to a live business — design, engineering, payments, App Store, growth. We own and operate our own products, and we take on a limited number of outside engagements each quarter.

The unglamorous half of shipping: App Store review, listing and screenshots, billing and receipts, legal pages, analytics, support flows. We’ve done it enough times to make it routine.
After launch, we run the loop: search visibility, conversion on the pages that matter, paywall and pricing experiments, and the funnel data that tells you which change actually moved money.
We don’t only advise. Both of these were built, launched and are run day to day by Vitalsply — the same practice we bring to client work, with our own money on the line.
High school and club athletes announce their commitment with a designed graphic — the kind athletic departments make. CommitGraphics produces one in about a minute: the athlete cut out of their photo, the school’s real colors behind them, COMMITTED, OFFERED or SIGNED set as type with their name, position and class year. Two finished designs per tap, sized for Instagram, Story and X.
Vitalsply built the app, the marketing site and the sport-specific landing pages, ships every release, and runs pricing and search experiments against the funnel.
Students upload a resume once. OfferAIO reads it into an application profile, scores every new posting against their target titles, term, location and work style, then fills out and submits the applications that clear the bar — attaching the resume and answering questions from the profile. Anything it can’t answer honestly comes back to the student to handle.
Vitalsply designed and built the whole system: the matching engine, the application automation, the resume studio, billing, accounts and the admin tooling behind it.
No discovery phase that ends in a slide deck. We work in short cycles that each end with something you can open.
One working session to agree what the product is, who pays for it, and what v1 deliberately leaves out. You get the scope and a fixed price before anything starts.
Design and engineering run together in weekly cycles. Every cycle ends with a real build you can use — on device or on a URL — not a status report.
We handle review submission, billing, infrastructure, analytics and the launch pages, and stay on it until the product is live and taking money.
Optional and month to month: releases, experiments, search visibility and funnel reporting — or a clean handoff to your team with everything documented.
Every recommendation we make is one we’ve had to live with on CommitGraphics or OfferAIO — including the pricing calls and the App Store rejections.
Strategy, design, engineering and launch sit with the same small group. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor, and nothing gets lost in translation.
